The LeBron Sweepstakes: Cavs v Celtics Game 6 recap

Lessons I have learned or opinions reconfirmed:

1. I HATE THE CELTICS! Since KG has gone over to the dark side, i have hated his being.
2. LeBron ≠ leader, yet or ever.
3. Mike Brown is the worst coach in the NBA. I can coach better than him.
4. Role players make the difference. Look at the final 4 teams and subtract their superstar

Lakers - Kobe
Suns - Nash
Celtics - Pierce (arguable it maybe Rondo now)
Magic - Howard

Now it really hit me these playoffs that the superstar will be your superstar but WHO is that other guy that ignites a team to win? Much like Scottie Pippen was to MJ. These are the guys that when they are on fire, there is no way in ________ the team is going to lose.

Lakers - Pau Gay-sol - Pau is the man who dominates the paint, has perfect fundamentals, great net presence (as seen in game 6 against OKC) hmmmm sounds like me playing volleyball....

Suns - Jason 'I can do any between the legs dunk' Richardson - as you saw in the Portland series @henryt, when this cat goes off for a big night. the suns are unbeatable. He spreads the floor for Amare, gives Nash driving lanes, and opens the court for the funkiest best bench of: Amundson, Dudley, Frye.

Celtics -Kevin 'Champions hate to lose' Garnett - I dont see Lebron HATING to lose. Champions hate to lose. Kobe hates it, MJ hated it. How do I know Lebron doesnt hates to lose? I dont see the fire. They quit with 4 minutes left in the game... They DIDNT EVEN FOUL!!! ok back to role players. When KG is a mean man, the Celtics play defense x46. He is the heart of the team. He propels and leads the team. When he is on, Doc Rivers looks like a genius.

Magic - Jameer 'they say im 6'0 but im actually 5'11''' Nelson - the general out on the floor. Nelson makes clutch drives, hits clutch 3s, and has a very high basketball IQ. without him, the magic are no better than the bucks. with him, they are a championship contender.

The Lebron Sweepstakes - 2010 Summer:

LeBron will realize the Cavs only have $$ to offer and that is it. He will realize that Mike Brown is a horrible coach and look at other options. What are those other options?

1. CHICAGO - with an awesome nucleus of Rose and Noah, The Bulls will be a factor. They also have Deng, Taj Gibson, and Hinrich who they can package if LeBron doesn't like them. Another plus is they have no coach so Lebron can help pick out a coach he likes. (Maybe Phil Jackson back to Chicago?! haha that would be crazy. MJ KOBE LBJ) Chicago is also the #3 media city behind NY and LA

2. NJ/BROOKLYN NETS - With Minority owner Jay-Z, you have got to bet they are in the running. With a new ultra-rich Russian owner, he will want to make a statement. Suprising for a 12-70 record team, they are actually not bad. Brook Lopez, Devin Harris, CDR, Yi and possibly the first overall pick in this years draft! If you really don't like devin harris, trade him out. Pick up John Wall and you are set!

3. NEW YORK KNICKS - Probably not going to happen but interesting none the least. Cap room for TWO max contracts. Lebron may want to talk to some of the other free agents: Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh, Amare Stoudemire, Paul Pierce, Ray Allen, Tyson Chandler, Manu Ginobili, Richard Jefferson, Joe Johnson, Tracy McGrady, Yao Ming, Dirk Nowitzki and Michael Redd. besides that, NYK have nothing really on the team already and it just looks like another death hole like Cleveland. So Lebron, stay away.

So where will Lebron go? In my opinion, I think he will figure out that he loves Cleveland but it has nothing more they can offer him. He will, one, go with his buddy Jay-Z in NY/Brooklyn because of the prospects and management + it is NY where you can actually be the KING. Two,Lebron really likes dancing and the curly locks of Joakhim Noah, who reminds him of Varejo <-----HILARIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

but seriously lebron, work on your jumper....
